Comments: We loved living there. We knew as soon as we drove up and it said “Welcome home” that this was the place for us.

Comments: It was a very quiet place to live with very nice neighbors who although were friendly, not overly in your face friendly.

Comments: Our stay at Payne Hill Townhomes was VERY enjoyable. The staff were great, especially Ed who was ALWAYS friendly and willing to do anything you requested! The grounds were kept nicer than some of the private homes in the area. We were sad to go but life took us in another direction. If not for that we would have been there probably forever.

Comments: The townhouse was in great shape when I moved in; a testament to the care and effort that Payne Hill staff put into their work. Having two full baths and in-unit laundry is a HUGE bonus. I was very pleased with the amount of natural light provided by the large windows and rear sliding glass door. Everything was move-in ready and appliances worked perfectly.

Comments: This is a perfect, tucked away community hidden right next to Route 51. I’ve walked my dogs throughout the community from morning into the dark of the night and never once was I concerned about lighting. To the contrary I have actually been surprised how well it is lit and how well the grounds are maintained. The dog paths are a fantastic bonus. I’ve taken several pictures of the trees in bloom on the dog paths because it’s worth it. Again this is testament to the Payne Hill staff’s care and effort for the community. Staff puts the well being of their residents as a priority. I experienced a suspected gas leak early on and Ed was at my unit by the time I hung up the phone. Parking is more than ample as there is always space along the main road. Maybe a short walk for those who live in the back but still, there is a lot of available parking so that residents are never displaced by visitors.

Overall impressions

Comments: I was lucky to find Payne Hill. This community is tucked away and give the feeling of a private community while being so close to Route 51 you could hit it with a rock. The grounds have always been very well maintained and the staff has been quick with help of any kind, from maintenance to billing. It’s a perfect place for dog owners and those who like to feel like they’re in the country without being too far away. I’ve purchased a house and one of the things that I am sad about leaving is the large, close walking areas on and off property here at Payne Hill. I’ve made a lot of friends here whom I hope to keep in touch with so that the pups can continue to play. I can’t say enough, how much I’ve enjoyed living here at Payne Hill. From maintenance to office to grounds keeping to community, if I ever rent again Payne Hill will be the first place I check.
